Co-pay benefits are determined by the average monthly income received from:
- Social Security
- Pension
- Rental Property
- Taxable Interest
- Dividend Earnings
Income for every household member must be considered.
Based on 2009 poverty rates: single = $10,830; couple = $14,570 as issued by the Department of Health and Human Services.
